1. All appts require a credit or debit card to reserve your time. some services require a Non-Refundable deposit so please use a working card. 2. Book your appointment accordingly, 3 no call/no shows will result in banning from booking future appointments. No call/No show will result in a full payment fee of the service you missed. You have up to 24 hours prior to your appointment to cancel, any cancellation after that results in a late cancellation fee of 50% of service booked. 3. All clients have a 10 minute grace period from appointment start time with notice. Anytime after is at the stylist discretion to cancel.
